Upload your data from your local database to the Mapic web solution by a few clicks or use our API to directly import the data. Dedicate your data to one or more projects, choose to keep it private or share it with your colleagues or with the public. Upload CSV, Shapefiles, GeoTiffs or other geo-data formats and start styling!
Style your data as points, polygons or lines. Target specific data columns and apply various filters to efficiently create powerful visualizations. In addition to our standard visualization features, we develop custom legends and information layers to create the web solutions that meet your needs.
Once you are done styling, share the project and visualization with your customers, partners, colleagues or the public or simply create a screenshot to include in your email. And remember, users may also access your projects and visualizations from tablet and phone devices.
Everything you need for your project in one simple tool, easily hosted on your own infrastructure or in the Mapic Cloud.

Our PostGIS database and Mapic Tile Renderer support both vector- and raster formats. This means you can visualize millions of points of vector data or gigabytes of raster data - all in the same, simple interface.
The Mapic Engine runs on Docker. Each component of Mapic - like the web server, tile renderer and the PostGIS database - all run in their own container environments. This makes it easy to setup and run the Mapic Engine on your own infrastructure, or use Mapic's hosting with your local PostGIS database storage. Mapic on Docker runs identically every time, ensuring stability and flexibility for both developers and end-users.
Mapic is built entirely open source. We believe in a collaborative environment for creating strong solutions for an industry that is constantly moving. The Mapic platform is open for anyone to use and contribute to, which makes it an ideal platform for government organisations as well as NGO's and for-profit businesses.
